Is the IGNIS 100 wood-fired or gas?
The FWO IGNIS 100 comes in two versions: wood-fired, or gas/wood hybrid. Choose the version when you order.
Who makes the IGNIS 100 and where is it made?

How long does shipping take for the FWO IGNIS 100?
You can order the FWO IGNIS 100 online. In stock, it ships within 3 business days; made to order, it's built first and ships once it's ready. It ships from our Toa Baja, Puerto Rico warehouse — parcels by USPS in 1–4 business days, heavier shipments by air freight (1–3 business days) or ocean freight (5–15 business days). U.S. mainland orders ship domestically in USD with no customs or import fees, and warehouse pickup is available.

Shipping information
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Small parcels go by USPS (1–4 business days within the U.S. and Puerto Rico). Heavy items ship by DHL or UPS: air freight 1–3 business days, ocean freight 5–15 business days.
Ovens: flat-rate delivery and placement in Puerto Rico; curbside freight delivery on the U.S. mainland.

Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item; it must be unused and in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Ovens, special-order and custom items, sale items and gift cards can't be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged or wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
