Traditional Brick Wood Fired Oven made with refractory brick in the traditional style (brick over brick) and interior floor lined with refractory tile.

• Professional 19.7" Pyrometer (0-500ºC)
• Cast iron door with adjustable smoke system (Patented).
• Stainless steel chimney with 5" draft cut (patented system), lined with refractory bricks.
• Exterior finish with projected natural cork paint, so it can be outdoors without problems.

Reaches the ideal temperature with very little firewood and its consumption is also minimal.
