The MAM Milano is the workhorse of the MAM line — first built in the 1970s and refined ever since, it is the MAM oven best known and most appreciated by pizza makers around the world. Its straight lines make it ideal to clad or recess into your space. Made entirely in Modena, Italy.

  • Traditional (Ø 110–180×140 cm) or Easy (compact, Ø 80–170×140 cm) static ovens — both Vera Pizza Napoletana approved — or 1-door and 2-door rotating for high volume.
  • Wood, gas or combined firing.
  • Finishes: standard (ready to clad or build in), painted in any color, or a mosaic front.
  • Standard 54, Design 68 or Genova 82 cm door, arch finish, control panel (Easy or Touch, optional Smart.mam Wi-Fi app) and accessories.
