MAM Napoli — Build Your Own Pizza Oven
The MAM Napoli pairs the unmistakable dome of the traditional Neapolitan oven with MAM's prefabricated build quality — made entirely in Modena, Italy, by a family that has built pizza ovens since the 1960s.
Build it your way:
- Static (cooking floor Ø 80–160 cm) — Vera Pizza Napoletana approved — or 1-door rotating (Ø 90–145 cm) for high-volume, evenly baked pizza without turning.
- Wood, gas or combined firing (gas via MAM's Modular Fire burner, 17 / 22 / 34 kW).
- Finishes: mosaic in the color you choose, Spicchio painted segments, hand-hammered copper, Spicchio Corten, or an unfinished base for your own cladding.
- Door, arch, control panel (Easy or Touch, with optional Smart.mam Wi-Fi app) and accessories.
Choose your options above and request a quote — our MAM specialist confirms the specification, lead time and freight to your door.

How do I buy the MAM Napoli and how is it shipped?
The MAM Napoli is sold by quote, not online checkout: use Request a Quote (/pages/sb-request-quote) and the quote includes freight to your ZIP code. Our MAM specialist confirms the specification and lead time with the quote. In stock, it ships within 3 business days; made to order, it's built first and ships once it's ready. It ships by freight from Puerto Rico (air 1–3 business days or ocean 5–15 business days) with curbside delivery, so plan for unloading; U.S. mainland orders ship domestically with no customs or import fees.
