The MAM Napoli pairs the unmistakable dome of the traditional Neapolitan oven with MAM's prefabricated build quality — made entirely in Modena, Italy, by a family that has built pizza ovens since the 1960s.

Build it your way:

  • Static (cooking floor Ø 80–160 cm) — Vera Pizza Napoletana approved — or 1-door rotating (Ø 90–145 cm) for high-volume, evenly baked pizza without turning.
  • Wood, gas or combined firing (gas via MAM's Modular Fire burner, 17 / 22 / 34 kW).
  • Finishes: mosaic in the color you choose, Spicchio painted segments, hand-hammered copper, Spicchio Corten, or an unfinished base for your own cladding.
  • Door, arch, control panel (Easy or Touch, with optional Smart.mam Wi-Fi app) and accessories.
