Shipping a Pizza Oven from Puerto Rico to the U.S. Mainland

We ship from our warehouse in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico, a U.S. territory, so orders to the U.S. mainland are domestic shipments: prices are in U.S. dollars, with no customs, duties or import fees.

How it ships

Small items go by USPS, with tracking by email.
Ovens, mixers and other heavy equipment go by freight (air or ocean) with curbside delivery. Have help, a pallet jack or a lift ready to unload; the driver isn't responsible for moving it inside.

When it arrives

Inspect it the moment it arrives, before the driver leaves. Report any damage, defect or wrong item to the carrier and note it on the delivery receipt before you sign. Claims not reported to the carrier at delivery can't be accepted.
Picking up? Inspect your order before you leave the warehouse and report any problem to our staff.
USPS parcels left without a signature, and defects you can't see at delivery or pickup: contact us within 48 hours.
In every case, email info@firewoodoven.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.

Ovens are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged or wrong. Custom and special-order sales are final. Other unused items can be returned within 30 days. See the Refund policy and the U.S. shipping page.
