Sunmix Queen Line Spiral Mixer

The Sunmix Queen Line is Sunmix's top line of two-motor spiral mixers, built in Schio, Italy for pizzerias and bakeries. It comes in ten sizes, from 30 kg (66 lb) to 300 kg (661 lb) of dough per batch, and every Queen we sell includes the Sunmix water doser and Wi-Fi remote control.

AVPN approved. The Sunmix Queen Line is approved by the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana), the association that certifies authentic Neapolitan pizza.

Models

How to choose: dough weighs about 1.6 times the flour (a 25 kg / 55 lb sack of flour makes about 40 kg / 88 lb of dough). The QUEEN 80-2 takes two 25 kg sacks in one batch.
